Message From Lewis Property Management:
There have been numerous acts of vandalism, gang activity, trash & loitering
at the bus stop area, this is being closely monitored by TPD if the activities do not cease
the Board has consider removing the bus stop bench/Cover. It is your responsibility as parents to teach your children not to vandalize property, behave and respect others & their property and not to litter. It would be a shame to remove the Bench/Cover because of a few individuals. If you child knows of this activity please have them give you the parent the information and call us immediately you and your child will remain anonymous. Again, if this behavior does not stop the structure will be removed. If you have any leads on information who may be doing these acts, please call the office at 668-1173.

Front Entrance Lighting
The homeowners association is aware of the problem with the entrance lights. We have replaced all the bulbs that were missing from the fixtures. We also discovered that the photo cell which signals the lights to go on and off is not operating. The system should be working properly once the photocell is replaced.
